Job summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Tim Hortons Associates to join our team. As a Tim Hortons Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health & safety procedures. Restock products and supplies as needed. Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Support hospital and Compass Group service standards. Qualifications Previous customer service or food service experience is considered an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
