Job summary

Covering areas of Housekeeping, Laundry and Food Service to residents with memory and Health issues. We operate 7 days a week with hours between 6am-6:30 pm. Must be able to multi task, lift up to 20lbs, stand for extended periods. Must have reliable transportation and be available for shift work when scheduled, including holidays. As a Multi Skilled Worker, You Will Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas. Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen. Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management About You You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred Able to work independently and as part of a team Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions What’s in it for you?
