Job summary

Job Summary: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely manner, while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Duties and Responsibilities * Set up assigned bars and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce * Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality * Take and/or process orders for drinks; mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practice prudent portion control * Serve beverages responsibly. Request identification and adhere to all unit and company alcohol compliance policies * Communicate and anticipate product needs and shortages * Keep work area clean and organized * Complete and submit daily inventory counts * Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area as per directed standard * Comply to all Health and Safety Policies and procedures * Build relationships with guests * Adhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation procedures About You: * Previous bartending experience required * Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong desire and ability to delight and accommodate guests * Strong organizational skills with ability to work in high pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * ProServe certification required
