About the Role: Job Title: Digital Interaction Product Designer Location: 180 Wellington St W, Toronto, ON M5J 1J1, Canada (4/1 Hybrid Schedule) Duration: 6+ Months W/ Extensions Hours: 9am to 5pm – 37.5 hours a week Must Haves: Figma, Mural, JIRA, Confluence Job Description • Deep expertise in interaction design including user flows wireframing, and prototyping of complex digital products • Strong experience with client research, usability testing, 1-1 client interviews, and synthesizing feedback from clients. • Excellent collaboration skills and stakeholder management • Growth mindset and affinity for leadership • Experience working with and contributing to design systems and standardized libraries of assets ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products • Familiarity with front-end technologies and how design translates to development • Content design / copywriting • Financial services experience/understanding
