The bigger picture We’re looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking person to come on board as our Team Leader, Business Support Centre. You will lead the Business Support team to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members’ needs. This includes adapting to new technologies and providing knowledge and expertise to task forces, projects and testing environments. The preferred location for this position is within Regina, Moosomin, or Saskatoon, however this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available. How you’ll be spending your time * Coaching and empowering employees through thought provoking questions to analyze risk and provide exceptional experience to our peers and partners * Leveraging available technology to reduce barriers to serving members, improving their banking experience * Leading direct reports to successfully achieve individual learning plans and team goals * Co-facilitation of meetings, process change and collaboration sessions with neighboring departments The way people describe you * You’re a driven individual who strives to grow the success of your team and can confidently coach your team members in a VUCA environment * You continuously look for opportunities to grow and develop your skillset * You are strongly aligned to our strategy and understand the Credit Union culture.
