Job Description: Job Title: CEC (Customer Experience Centre) Call Centre Agent Assignment Duration: 4 months *with possibility of extension* Location: Montreal Work Arrangement: 100% on-site Bilingualism: French and English As a customer service agent in our call centres, you will support clients with their banking needs and the use of our digital solutions. You make a positive impact through active listening and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Task Description: Answer client calls Listen to client needs and propose personalized solutions Assist clients with banking applications Advise on and offer transactional or credit solutions Direct clients to colleagues for specialized needs Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues Requirements: High school diploma Customer service experience Demonstrated skills in teamwork, proactivity, collaboration, empowerment, and agility Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts The Montreal customer contact centre is open Monday through Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Your work schedule will vary, and your shifts will be posted three weeks in advance. We offer a stimulating and inclusive work environment. You will be surrounded by experts, trainers, and managers who will support and guide you in your role. You will also collaborate with colleagues in an atmosphere that fosters learning and personal growth. Training and Development You will begin with a 4-week on-site training program. This allows you to experience the call centre environment firsthand and get to know your colleagues. The training program is based on hands-on learning on the phone lines, accompanied by a trainer to familiarize you with the role, our products, and our technologies.
