Job summary
Position: Depot Coordinator/Receiver Shift: Day Shift- 9 AM to 3PM; Days off: Saturday and Tuesday Job Type: Part-Time Perks: $25 per hour Safety Boots reimbursement PPE and Safety Gear Provided Hiring Requirements: As a Depot Coordinator/Receiver you will be: Dock Scheduling. Stage product for partners. Process inbound/outbound shipments. Assign drivers to dock doors and communicate with warehouse staff on load & pick priority. Corresponds and communicates with customers/carriers over the phone and email. Follow shipping requirements for customer specific loads. Coordinate with team members to ensure that all assigned tasks processes standards are met. Complete site specific KPIs. Ensure the on-time delivery of carriers. Interface with broader Supply Chain Team. Coordinate with the plants on all shipping stock issues. Responsible for master sanitation schedule of the warehouse. Completing audit complaint tasks on a regular basis. Perform other duties and tasks as directed. Experience & Education: Must have a high school diploma. 2 years’ experience in warehouse environment. Experience with Windows Excel, Word, and Outlook programs. Mature and conscientious attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong leadership & organization skills. Forklift license preferred but not required. Basic Math skills. Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with other departments. Ability to work flexible hours including some mandatory weekends and overtime. Strong written and oral communication skills in the English language. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including regular standing, frequent walking and reaching, use of hands, standard vision functions, and the ability to speak and hear in a warehouse environment.

Requirements
