You will work closely with national teams to deliver exceptional internal support, ensuring HR operations run smoothly and seamlessly. 🔍 What You’ll Do HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with high confidentiality. Manage digital and physical files in compliance with Canadian privacy legislation. Coordinate leave management (STD/LTD) with external benefits partners. Employee Engagement & Culture: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via the HR shared inbox/ticketing system, providing empathetic support. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR practices align with provincial/federal employment standards and industry regulations. Support audits, data tracking, and system updates. General Support: Provide administrative backing to the broader HR team and assist with process improvement projects. 🌟 What You Bring Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in French and English (Required). Education & Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience, paired with a relevant diploma/degree (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: Familiarity with any major HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, ADP) and proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite. Core Competencies: Working knowledge of Canadian employment standards and STD/LTD administration.
