*Construct TO Inc. | Part-Time We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and resourceful Business & Administrative Assistant to join Construct TO Inc. and work closely with our team. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role* where you’ll help with a little bit of everything — emails, phone calls, customer service, data management, organization, project coordination, events, follow-ups, and whatever else needs to get done. If you’re someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, stays organized, and doesn’t need to be told what to do every step of the way*, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do * Support day-to-day business and administrative operations * Manage emails, phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups * Communicate with clients, vendors, suppliers, partners, and other contacts * Organize files, databases, spreadsheets, contact lists, and information * Assist with scheduling, meetings, projects, and deadlines * Support event planning, logistics, and coordination * Assist with volunteer coordination and communications * Conduct research and help with special projects * Prepare documents, lists, spreadsheets, and presentations * Help keep projects and tasks moving forward * Take on new tasks and priorities as they arise What We’re Looking For * 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, events, business support, or a related area * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent communication skills * Comfortable with emails, phone calls, and client communication * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel/Sheets, and similar tools * Event or volunteer management experience is an asset * Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities * *Self-starter, go-getter, and problem solver* * Positive attitude and willingness to learn A Note About Flexibility This is a part-time position with flexible hours, but the workload will vary depending on projects, events, and business needs. Some weeks may be lighter, while others may require quick turnaround and the ability to work toward tight deadlines.
