As a Junior BAS Technician, you will be responsible for providing hands-on exposure to field installation, troubleshooting, system start-up, and project support, all while helping the successful candidate build practical experience in Building Automation Systems. What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” Work on new construction sites and existing customer sites installing, programming and troubleshooting Building Systems including HVAC Control, Energy Management, Lighting Control and Security systems. Follows clear instructions when performing job start-ups and checkouts on job sites to work safely. Work in office with design and service departments to prepare submittal and As-Built documentation using MS Office and Visio. Provide technical support to end users when applicable. Proactively seeks technical guidance from more experienced staff for difficult and unusual situations. Execute all work in accordance with provincial and local regulations, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures. Act as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times. Performs other office duties as requested and required (warehouse, administration, sales assistance) Requirements Diploma or Degree in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or related program. Exposure to HVAC, electronic, and/or building automation would be an asset. Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada (for example, by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or work permit). Valid driver’s license (G2 or higher) is required. Requirements

Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics. A valid driver's license and legal eligibility to work in Canada are mandatory requirements.
