Brand Activation Assistant — Convertiqq Vancouver, BC | Full-Time | Immediate Start | Convertiqq helps brands grow through strategic customer acquisition, brand promotion, and high-performance sales systems. We're looking for a Brand Activation Assistant to help bring brands to life at pop-up events, activation stands, and promotional campaigns across the Vancouver area. This is an energetic, on-the-ground role — you're not behind a desk or on the phone, you're out where the brand meets the public. From setup to teardown, you'll play a hands-on role in making sure every activation runs smoothly and leaves a strong impression. What you'll be doing Helping set up, style, and break down activation stands and event displays Engaging directly with the public — introducing the brand, answering questions, and creating a memorable first impression Distributing promotional materials, samples, or offers as part of live campaigns Supporting the sales team in converting event interest into sign-ups or sales Keeping the activation space organized, stocked, and on-brand throughout the event Gathering customer feedback and reporting on turnout and engagement after each event Taking part in training to build your skills in event marketing and brand promotion Skills you'll use and build: Sales Campaign / Event setup and coordination — helping bring a stand or display together on time and on-brand Public engagement — approaching people confidently in busy, high-traffic environments Brand representation — communicating a brand's message clearly and consistently Promotional and campaign support — understanding how a live activation fits into a wider marketing push Communication skills — friendly, clear, and adaptable depending on who you're talking to Organization and attention to detail — keeping materials, stock, and the space itself in order Adaptability — handling the unpredictability of live events and changing crowds Teamwork — working closely with other assistants, sales staff, and event leads Energy and stamina — staying engaging and on your feet throughout an event or shift Who this is for Great for anyone who thrives in dynamic, people-facing environments — events, festivals, retail, hospitality, or anyone looking to break into experiential marketing and brand promotion. No experience is required; we're looking for energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in this kind of work. The details Full-time, on-site at events and activation locations — no phone-based or online work. Pay is $3,395–$4,175/month, with an immediate start available. Based out of Vancouver.
