The Role As a Cartoner 3 Operator at Ganong, you will play a pivotal role in controlling the production process by operating and maintaining the Bagger machine. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will lead the production staff in daily operations, ensuring that production schedules are met while adhering to quality standards in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Who You Are The ideal candidate for the Cartoner 3 Operator role should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and good mechanical aptitude. They must be proficient in operating and maintaining machinery, completing paperwork, multi-tasking, and demonstrating good safety ethics and practices. Good communication and teamwork skills are also important for leading your team and ensuring smooth operations.
