The Role Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Line 6 Relief Enrobing is responsible for assuming responsibility for the overall operation in the line and the quality of the product it produces. The Relief Operator will step into the role in the event of a vacancy and return to their existing role when they’re not scheduled as relief. He is also responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Line 6 department. The Relief operator will manage the production process and lead production staff on their designated line to meet and exceed production schedules and meet quality standards. Who You Are We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable individual with strong computer skills to handle paperwork and multi-task efficiently. The ideal candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent safety practices, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to manufacturing standards. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential. Candidates should be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, mechanically capable, and able to solve problems, coach staff, and work with minimal supervision. They must be willing to cross-train, have no bending or lifting restrictions, follow health and safety requirements, and be available for shift work, holidays, overtime, and call-in shifts.
