About The Role As a COPE Driver, you’ll work in a varied, hands‑on role that includes: Sorting and loading your vehicle Completing deliveries and pickups across Perth and surrounding areas Ensuring correct packing and load restraint in our specialised trucks Scanning freight using COPE’s track‑and‑trace system Handling and delivering high‑value freight, including medical, retail, print and IT equipment Working independently as a one‑out driver or as part of a team What You Will Bring To This Role Strong geographical knowledge of Perth and surrounding suburbs A current Medium Rigid (MR) licence or higher A strong commitment to safety and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance Experience in transport, removals or sensitive freight is helpful Forklift, white card or working‑at‑heights licences are desired but not essential Self‑motivation, reliability and good physical fitness Sound judgement and a professional approach to customer service What We Offer Working with COPE means joining a national brand with strong career pathways.
