Job summary

Core Connection Mobile Physiotherapy is seeking a Kinesiologist (BCAK) or Certified Athletic Therapist (CATA) to join our Victoria team beginning in October 2026. This is a 4 day per week salaried, 1 year maternity leave position (32 hours/week) with the opportunity to: Work a consistent 4 day schedule while maintaining a comprehensive benefits package Expand to a 5 day schedule during the maternity leave if demand supports it Transition into a permanent part time position following the maternity leave At Core Connection, we provide one on one rehabilitation services in our clients' homes throughout Greater Victoria. Our model allows clinicians to spend more time with clients while removing barriers such as transportation challenges, mobility limitations, childcare responsibilities, time constraints, and mental health concerns. What You'll Do: Travel to clients' homes throughout Greater Victoria Develop and deliver individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs Support clients with mobility, strength, balance, injury recovery, and functional movement Work with a diverse client population, including seniors, orthopedic clients, and individuals requiring women's health and perinatal rehabilitation Collaborate with physiotherapists and other members of the rehabilitation team Complete clinical documentation using our electronic medical record Who We're Looking For: Registered Kinesiologist (BCAK) or Certified Athletic Therapist (CATA) Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Strong exercise prescription and clinical reasoning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle About Core Connection Mobile Physiotherapy Core Connection provides in home physiotherapy and kinesiology services throughout Greater Victoria, the Cowichan Valley, and North Vancouver. Requirements
