We are seeking a dedicated Kinesiologist to join our personal training team at Core Fitness & Rehab in Downtown Abbotsford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing fitness and rehabilitation programs to improve client fitness, strength and overall well-being. This role requires strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations At Core Fitness & Rehab we offer a unique experience in health and fitness, catering to everyone from deconditioned or injured individuals to elite athletes. In a typical day, you may help someone build the strength to keep up with their grandkids, coach a teenage athlete toward better performance, and guide an ICBC client through rehabilitation after a shoulder injury. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical capabilities and limitations using established clinical protocols. Develop personalized fitness and rehabilitation plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, including communication and client reporting to ICBC. Utilize computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Demonstrate organizational skills for managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality client care. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field from an accredited institution Current CPR-C and First Aid Certification Ability to communicate confidently and build trust and rapport with clients. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities Thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team environment and contributes to a positive workplace culture What We Offer Flexible scheduling Mentorship and support from an experienced team An established client base Opportunity to grow within the company Stable hourly pay, including non-client responsibilities Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Work Location: In person

Requirements
