Job Description North Star Windows & Doors is seeking a highly motivated individual with a safety mindset and commitment to growth to join our Shipping team. Load product into the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner Load product on to trailers for customer deliveries in a safe, efficient and timely manner Comply with all material handing company policies and procedures Contribute to a safe, orderly and efficiently operating warehouse Communicate effectively with internal and external customers Perform general housekeeping duties including maintaining a clean work area Qualifications Repetitive heavy lifting required. Extensive standing, frequent bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and walking. Use of small hand tools, pallet jack, forklift, etc. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing and able to be trained in the use of our computer system. Ability to work flexible hours. Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, responsible and safety conscious. Order Picker or Forklift experience is an asset.
