Our model was founded by and is primarily owned and financed by orthodontic specialists. Support patient flow by completing tasks promptly and performing basic orthodontic lab work, including managing 3D printers, trimming, and fabricating retainers. Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked while cooperating with the team and supporting practice operations.

Advise practices and corporate leaders on operational performance, and own the design and adoption of performance dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and analytics infrastructure. Analyze costs and variances, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver executive-ready recommendations for strategic initiatives, including mergers and integrations.

Welcome patients and manage appointment scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, patient statuses, records, payments, calls, and correspondence. Maintain the reception and waiting areas, coordinate schedule changes with the clinical team, and contribute to a cooperative team environment and other administrative tasks.

Assist the orthodontist with procedures and appointments, provide professional patient care and education, and perform sterilization, imaging, scanning, and operatory setup. Maintain accurate clinical records, communicate treatment progress to families, and help keep care on schedule.

Coordinate new-patient visits, treatment plans, financial options, appointments, documentation, referrals, and follow-up communications. Support practice growth through consultations, community outreach, referral relationships, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Provide a positive patient experience by assisting with orthodontic examinations and consultations, taking intraoral photographs and iTero scans, explaining treatment plans, and accurately documenting patient information. Maintain clinical areas and supplies, sterilize instruments, support payment planning and patient follow-up, and uphold emergency preparedness and patient education practices.

Coordinate patient treatment from start to finish, assist the doctor chairside, and perform orthodontic procedures such as bonding, wire changes, appliance fitting, and Invisalign support. Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care, monitor treatment progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and help keep the clinic organized and compliant with safety protocols.
