Woodstock Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist, to join our thriving practice in Woodstock, ON. This is a replacement position within our established orthodontic team. We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for the successful full-time, permanent hire. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Full-time, 32 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday with rotating Mondays and Fridays How You’ll Make An Impact Manage all stages of patient treatment—anticipating next steps and ensuring seamless care. Assist the doctor chairside with precision, providing appointment summaries and clinical insights. Perform advanced procedures including bonding, debonding, wire changes, appliance insertion, and Invisalign support. Educate and motivate patients with clear instructions and creative tools to support oral hygiene and appliance care. Conduct assessments, monitor treatment progress, and adjust plans as needed. Take impressions, scans, and fit appliances with accuracy and confidence. Maintain detailed, accurate clinical notes and ensure proper procedure coding. Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and compliant with all health and safety protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene care and motivate them to consistently follow care protocols with a variety of rewards to reinforce habits that keep the teeth and gums healthy. Requirements

Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist licensed to practice in Ontario with current CPR certification. Orthodontic experience is preferred.
