WHAT YOU’LL DO: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation guidelines, and quality standards. Keep service running smoothly by preparing accurate, consistently presented dishes in a timely manner. Help bring daily menu items and specials to life. Support other kitchen stations with food preparation as needed. Plate dishes with care, ensuring each order looks appetizing and meets our standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. Monitor ingredients and supplies and communicate restocking needs. Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures. Work closely with kitchen and service staff to create an excellent experience for every guest. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chef or Management team. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: FoodSafecertification. A positive attitude and a genuine interest in preparing great food. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. The ability to remain organized and focused during busy service periods. Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work. The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team. Availability to work full-time day or evening/night shifts. The ability to safely lift and carry at least 30 lbs.
