Opportunities are available for both day and evening shifts. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation guidelines, and quality standards. * Keep service running smoothly by preparing accurate, consistently presented dishes in a timely manner. * Help bring daily menu items and specials to life. * Support other kitchen stations with food preparation as needed. * Plate dishes with care, ensuring each order looks appetizing and meets our standards. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. * Monitor ingredients and supplies and communicate restocking needs. * Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures. * Work closely with kitchen and service staff to create an excellent experience for every guest. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chef or Management team. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: * FoodSafe certification. * A positive attitude and a genuine interest in preparing great food. * Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. * The ability to remain organized and focused during busy service periods. * Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work. * The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team. * Availability to work full-time day or evening/night shifts. * The ability to safely lift and carry at least 30 lbs. * The ability to safely use cleaning products and chemicals.
