Help Keep Our Aircraft Looking and Performing at Their Best We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Paint Technician to support aircraft appearance, protection, and finish quality across our operations. This role involves hands-on work performing paint touch-ups, repairs, and coatings as part of a small mobile team traveling to aircraft locations. How You’ll Contribute to the Team * Perform paint touch-ups and localized repairs on aircraft surfaces. * Conduct color sanding / wet sanding to remove imperfections and prepare surfaces. * Mix, tint, and match paint to achieve accurate color finishes. * Perform localized paint spraying and blending as required. * Carry out fine detail work using precision paint brushes. * Assess aircraft surfaces and determine the appropriate repair approach. * Support polishing and finishing processes following paint work. * Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. * Travel with a small team to various aircraft locations. * Organize daily tasks and manage time effectively on assignment. * Communicate progress and issues clearly with supervisors. What You’ll Bring * Experience with aircraft or automotive paint repair and refinishing. * Strong skills in color sanding / wet sanding techniques. * Experience mixing, tinting, and matching paint. * Paint spraying experience. * Fine detail paint brush skills. * Strong eye for detail and quality-focused mindset. * Ability to plan and organize work independently. * Valid passport and ability to travel. * Strong communication skills.
