Your Opportunity: Join our dynamic Diagnostic Imaging team in a part-time General Radiography Technologist position within a busy hospital environment. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated MRT looking to contribute to high-quality patient care while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance. This position currently is scheduled as night shifts 7 on 7 off. This position allows opportunity to work in a brand-new ED doing general Xray, with some opportunity to expand your rotational experiences. Description: Description: The Medical Radiation Technologist I (MRT) performs all routine radiographic/fluoroscopic, computed tomography and interventional procedures. The MRT I also produces radiographs of high diagnostic quality in an efficient and safe manner while attending to the diagnostic and care needs of patients undergoing diagnostic/therapeutic procedures. The MRT I is responsible for the provision of services in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the HSAA Paramedical Professional/Technical Collective Agreement. Classification: Medical Radiation Tech I Union: COV HSAA PROF TECH Unit and Program: Radiology Primary Location: Misericordia Community Hosp Location Details: As Per Location Multi-Site: Not Applicable FTE: 0.70 Posting End Date: 17-SEP-2026 Employee Class: Regular Part Time Date Available: 28-SEP-2026 Hours per Shift: 7.75 Length of Shift in weeks: 2 Shifts per cycle: 7 Shift Pattern: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, On Call Days Off: As Per Rotation Minimum Salary: $38.74 Maximum Salary: $51.02 Vehicle Requirement: Not Applicable Required Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Radiological Technology program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT) required. BLS (Level C - Health Care Provider) required. Additional Required Qualifications: Reliable, self-motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced dept. Preferred Qualifications: Some recent hospital experience.
