Build the partnerships that power AI innovation We're looking for a Senior Partner Manager to expand our strategic alliances across North America and help accelerate our market impact. You will own a portfolio of leading global and regional systems integrators . Your mandate will be to turn these relationships into measurable pipeline, bookings and customer growth. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and the wider Alliances team, you will identify the partners with the greatest commercial potential, build focused plans with them and create a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for Coveo. As our Senior Partner Manager, you will: Own and execute the North American partner strategy for your assigned partners with clear targets for partner sourced pipeline, bookings, and partner productivity. Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across strategic partners. Build joint business plans with partner leaders that define target accounts, revenue objectives, sales plays, investment commitments and measures of success. Work with Marketing to deliver focused campaigns and events tied to target accounts, pipeline creation and measurable commercial outcomes. Run regular partner business reviews, assess performance against agreed objectives and redirect resources when a relationship is not producing sufficient results. Represent Coveo with credibility across the North American partner ecosystem and communicate a compelling commercial proposition for Coveo’s AI powered solutions. Here is what will qualify you for the role: 5+ years of experience in Alliances, Partnerships, or Channel Management within an enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment, ideally with exposure to e-commerce, customer service, or search technologies. Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships within the SI/GSI ecosystem, including organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Slalom, or Capgemini. Proven success developing and executing partner strategies that generate measurable referral, pipeline, and bookings growth. Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to assess partner potential, prioritise resources and focus activity on opportunities most likely to convert. The ability to establish senior relationships while remaining closely involved in opportunity creation and deal execution. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy, perseverance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
