The mission of the Retail Store Manager at Cozey As a Cozey Store Manager, you are responsible for the visual appeal and operational excellence of the store. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Director of Retail Strategy & Operations that blends people management, operational excellence, and customer experience. You will drive daily store performance, maintain world-class standards, and ensure that our physical retail experience aligns with Cozey’s brand values and business objectives. What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, team coordination, floor set updates, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. Ensure strong operational discipline, including accurate inventory management, coordination of shipments and transfers, vendor oversight, and budget awareness. Build, refine, and enforce simple, effective SOPs that support smooth, consistent, and scalable store operations. Track, analyze, and report sales and performance metrics, turning insights into concrete actions that improve conversion, average transaction value, and overall results. Drive sales performance through strong floor leadership, ensuring effective coverage, active selling behaviors, and a customer-first mindset across the team. Deliver an elevated and consistent customer experience, ensuring every interaction feels welcoming, personalized, and aligned with Cozey’s brand promise. Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and clear development paths. We'd love to hear from you if you have 3–5+ years in a retail store leadership role with strong operational, team building, and customer service experience. A builder and doer—you love making systems better, solving problems, and rolling up your sleeves to get it done. Obsessed with organization, structure, and keeping operations humming. Comfortable with data and dashboards—you use numbers to coach, plan, and improve. A natural communicator and motivator, equally skilled at training, listening, and energizing a team.
