Job summary
Our agency client is looking for an Account Director to lead a global US pharmaceutical relationship. This role will be 12+ months, 40 hours per week, and remote. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and learning, helping stakeholders identify capability gaps, align learning priorities to business objectives, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful impact. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. Brand and Commercial leaders, becoming a trusted partner to the business. Stay closely connected to brand plans, product launches, POA cycles, and field initiatives to proactively identify learning and enablement opportunities. Translate business needs into strategic learning solutions that drive performance and commercial outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and learning design teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Review deliverables to ensure they are commercially relevant, accurate, and aligned with business goals. Lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate decision-making, and manage expectations across multiple initiatives. What You'll Bring 8+ years of experience in account management, learning strategy, organizational development, commercial enablement, or related consulting environments. Direct experience within a U.S. pharmaceutical or biotech commercial organization. Nice to Have Experience leading commercial training, learning, or sales enablement programs. Background in pharmaceutical brand marketing, commercial excellence, or life sciences consulting.
