Job summary
Our travel client is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team. This role will be 12 months, fulltime hours per week, and onsite Downtown 4x per week. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies with external partners, destination partners and affiliated organizations. Working on a team with other Brand Managers and Marketing Managers. Identify new opportunities to drive growth through strategic marketing partnerships and destination marketing initiatives. Act as a lead for partner relationships, ensuring alignment, accountability, and strong collaboration. Lead the development of 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including: Television, Social Media, Digital, CRM and Loyalty Channels Oversee campaign planning, budget allocation, performance measurement, and optimization. Ensure campaigns deliver against brand, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue objectives. Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, marketing plans, and performance updates. Confidently present recommendations, campaign results, and strategic initiatives to leadership teams. Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategy. Utilize customer, loyalty, and campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement. Develop strategic recommendations that support brand growth and partner success. Required 5-10 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, strategic marketing, or brand management. Preferred Experience in the travel, tourism, destination marketing, loyalty, hospitality, or consumer goods sectors. Experience working with external partners, agencies, and strategic alliances. Exposure to customer loyalty programs and member engagement strategies. Understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer lifecycle management.
