Job details
Integrated Marketing Consultant, North America We are working with a global consumer brand in the travel and lifestyle space with ambitious plans for North America. As they significantly increase their investment across Canada and the US, we are looking for a senior Integrated Marketing Consultant to help build brand awareness, drive acquisition and shape how the brand shows up across both markets. The role: This is a hands-on, build-focused role responsible for taking an existing global strategy and bringing it to life in North America. Working closely with global leadership, you'll pressure-test the existing strategy against local market insights, consumer behaviour and campaign data, helping determine how the brand should communicate with audiences across Canada and the US. You'll develop the local messaging and communications approach for key audiences and translate the broader strategy into a full-funnel campaign plan, recommending the right channel mix, media allocation and sequencing across brand awareness and acquisition. You'll also identify and manage the right local agency and media partners, working closely with global creative and acquisition teams to coordinate campaign launches, assess what's working and refine the approach along the way. What we're looking for: Senior integrated marketer with strong experience working across both the US and Canadian markets Proven experience developing and implementing consumer messaging and communications strategies in the US Full-funnel experience spanning brand awareness, communications and acquisition Strong understanding of media strategy, channel mix, budget allocation and agency management Experience translating a global brand strategy into messaging and campaigns that resonate with local audiences Experience launching or scaling a consumer brand, product or category and building awareness and credibility in the market Comfortable using consumer insights, research and campaign data to test assumptions and refine the approach Experience in a start-up, scale-up or entrepreneurial brand environment — someone who can build, test and operate effectively with ambiguity Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear positioning and messaging Comfortable working across global teams, local agencies and multiple stakeholders Marketplace, subscription, travel or consumer technology experience is a plus This is a full-time, ~6-month engagement with strong potential to convert to a permanent opportunity. The role is fully remote and can be based in Canada or the US, with some US travel expected. ________________________ Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use At Creative Niche Inc., all hiring decisions are made by qualified recruitment professionals.
