As an Assembler in Workstation 640, you will: Follow work orders to install pre-build assembly components such as flooring, cabinets, squad benches, and structural elements Assemble the ambulance interior box structure, including major components such as walls, seating, and flooring systems Install and align exterior compartments to ensure proper fit and finish Review drawings and layout diagrams to verify installation and component placement Use adhesives, fasteners, and mounting hardware according to specifications Perform quality control checks to confirm all specifications and standards are met Complete functional and visual inspections to verify alignment and overall assembly quality Interface with Engineering or Quality teams, when required, to support resolution of fit or design concerns Follow safe work practices and contribute to a clean and organized work environment What you bring: Experience using hand and power tools in an assembly environment Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and measurements to 1/32" tolerance Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Understanding of production processes, including quality and output expectations Familiarity with ISO quality standards and safe work practices Ability to identify and communicate assembly or fit concerns with appropriate teams Basic understanding of electrical routing or component installation is considered an asset Benefits we offer: 4x10 schedule Job stability Coverall and boot allowance Prescription safety glasses program Social Committee events including breakfasts, lunches, and monthly birthday treats Free electrified parking Free 24/7 access to an online doctor for you and your family Group benefits plan including health, dental, AD&D, life insurance and disability Monthly employee newsletters Open door policy to support employee questions and feedback RRSP and pension eligibility after one year of employment Take a virtual tour of our facility: https://crestlinecoach.com/company/virtual-tour.aspx Crestline Coach Ltd. is committed to fair and inclusive hiring.
