Role: Chassis Prep Mechanical - Liquid Spring Location: Saskatoon Work Schedule: Night Shift, Monday to Thursday, 5:45 pm to 4:15 am Crestline Coach is a long-established, family orientated organization in Saskatoon, SK, that has grown to become North America's leading ambulance manufacturer. As an Chassis prep - Mechanical, you will be able to: Follow the work order to install all assembly component pieces, including electrical components such as console hook-ups, ECC hook-ups, suction units, exhaust fan inverters, oxygen systems, battery hook-ups, and air conditioning discharge systems Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met Perform electrical installation and hook-up of pre-build components in accordance with work orders and schematics Connect main and auxiliary harnesses to the Electrical Control Center (ECC), ensuring proper routing and secure connections Conduct visual inspections and basic functional checks to confirm electrical and assembly quality standards are met Collaborate with adjacent departments to support proper installation sequencing and workflow Experience and ability using hand and power tools Experience with liquid spring is an asset Electrical knowledge related to circuits and relays Knowledge of 12V and 110V electrical systems and test equipment Able to read and understand a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance Able to read and interpret drawings and schematics Understand the production process in terms of quality and quantity Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices Benefits we offer: 4X10 schedule Job stability Coverall and boot allowance Prescription safety glasses program Social Committee events including breakfasts, lunches, monthly birthday treats and more Free electrified parking Free 24/7 access for you and your family to an online doctor Group benefits plan including health, dental, AD&D, life insurance and disability Monthly employee newsletters Open door policy to encourage employee questions or concerns RRSP and pension eligibility after 1 year of employment Take a virtual tour of our facility: Crestline Coach Ltd. is committed to fair and inclusive hiring.
