Senior Business Analyst Make an Impact Through Strategy, Analytics, and Business Performance Pulse Vehicles is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Business Analyst to help drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and financial performance across the organization. Pulse Vehicles brings together Demers Ambulances, Braun Ambulances, Crestline Coach, and Medix Specialty Vehicles; four respected manufacturers with a shared commitment to innovation, quality, and serving emergency responders across North America. As part of our growing organization, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that support multiple operating companies and help shape the future of the emergency vehicle industry. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Finance, this role works closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT leaders to transform data into actionable insights, support business initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers, understanding how a business operates, and influencing decisions through strong analysis, financial modeling, and strategic thinking. What You'll Do Support the execution of strategic business initiatives and track progress against key organizational goals and performance indicators. Develop financial models, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI projections to support investment and operational decisions. Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness. Build and enhance executive dashboards, management reporting, forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide analysis and recommendations that support informed business decisions. Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to align business objectives with operational execution. Support organizational change initiatives and business transformation projects. Participate in strategic planning activities across the Pulse Vehicles organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, corporate strategy, or a related field. MBA considered a strong asset. Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE) or another Tier 1 ERP system. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data visualization. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
