Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Associate to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents. Key Responsibilities: Perform precise data annotation and validation tasks across a variety of digital formats and subjects. Critically evaluate generative AI responses for logic, tone, safety, and factual correctness. Highlight confusing or contradictory data points to assist in refining overarching project guidelines. Achieve and sustain top-tier quality scores while processing datasets at scale. Requirements: High-level critical analysis skills and the capacity to evaluate nuanced textual and visual data. Previous work in UI/UX review, editorial analysis, quality control, or machine learning data prep is a plus. Strong written and spoken English proficiency to clearly articulate complex judgments. Consistent, high-speed broadband connection and a quiet remote working environment. Residency and work authorization in the United States or Canada is strictly required.
