Role: Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote) Location: Remote (Australia, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, United States) Employment Type: Contract Location: Applicants must currently reside in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand or the United States. Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents. Key Responsibilities: Perform precise data annotation and validation tasks across a variety of digital formats and subjects. Audit AI system outputs to identify hallucinations, formatting errors, or deviations from user prompts. Spot edge cases and provide detailed feedback to improve the underlying logic of AI taxonomies. Deliver high-volume data review tasks efficiently without compromising on precision or accuracy. Requirements: Superb reading comprehension, logical reasoning, and a sharp eye for spotting subtle errors. Background in editing, technical writing, QA testing, or data labeling is highly advantageous. Advanced English language skills, capable of identifying subtle linguistic inconsistencies. Requires a secure home office environment, a modern computer, and fast, reliable internet. Currently residing in the US or Canada with the ability to work standard North American hours.
