Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents. Key Responsibilities: Classify and label diverse text, image, and document datasets to train next-generation AI models. Review AI model outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic coherence, alignment, and formatting correctness. Document recurring errors and edge cases to continuously enhance model training instructions. Consistently meet daily volume targets while upholding rigorous quality assurance standards. Requirements: Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong analytical and reading comprehension abilities. Background in editing, technical writing, QA testing, or data labeling is highly advantageous. Native or professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal). Requires a secure home office environment, a modern computer, and fast, reliable internet. Currently residing in the US or Canada with the ability to work standard North American hours.
