Position: The Director, Delivery Management is responsible for structuring, leading, and developing the Customer Delivery function to ensure the effective implementation, integration, and deployment of solutions for customers and partners. Reporting to the VP of Customer Delivery and Transformation, this individual plays a key role in evolving delivery practices, coordinating customer programs, and continuously improving the customer experience in a rapidly growing technology environment. Success in this role will be primarily measured by the ability to deliver client programs while rigorously adhering to the three pillars of delivery: time (strict adherence to timelines), scope (full compliance with defined requirements), and quality (reliability and excellence of deployments), all while maximizing client satisfaction and adoption. Strategy and Governance Drive the evolution of Customer Delivery practices, processes, and standards. Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics. Ensure clear visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery capabilities. Customer Delivery and Integrations Oversee customer implementation, integration, and deployment programs. Manage the customer project portfolio and ensure predictable delivery aligned with business objectives. Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Architecture, Security, and Marketing teams. Adoption And Customer Experience Structure adoption approaches to accelerate value creation for customers. Identify barriers to adoption and coordinate necessary action plans. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience. Leadership and Organizational Development Mentor and develop Client Delivery teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Support the growth and organizational maturity of the delivery function. Risk Management and Compliance Ensure compliance with financial sector regulatory and security requirements. Maintain proactive management of risks related to projects and integrations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Time-to-value Platform adoption and usage rates Customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT) Meeting deadlines Risk mitigation and customer escalations Requirements: The working language is French, all internal meetings at Croesus are conducted in French, so a strong proficiency in French is mandatory. Significant experience in delivery management, implementation, or integration of solutions in B2B environments within the financial sector. Experience in fintech, technology, or regulated environments. Proven leadership in managing complex teams and programs. Strong ability to collaborate with client, product, and technology teams. Excellent communication, influence, and priority management skills. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
