Lead the development, optimization, and commercialization of colour cosmetics and skincare formulations, ensuring product performance, stability, regulatory compliance, and cost targets. Support scale-up and production troubleshooting, train junior chemists, and contribute to the planning and documentation of SR&ED projects.

Manage customer accounts from quotation and product development through production, order fulfillment, and post-sales support, serving as the primary customer contact. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on customized packaging projects, monitor production and delivery, manage orders in SAP, and arrange samples for trade shows.

Manage new product development projects from inception through launch, coordinating timelines, deliverables, samples, testing, packaging, formulas, sourcing, and manufacturing readiness. Lead cross-functional communications and status meetings, track milestones and risks, and coordinate related trade show, website, social media, and customer-specific projects.
