Proven experience taking food products through formulation, prototyping, plant trials, scale-up and commercialization. Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, formulations and manufacturing processes. Excellent practical/bench development and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor and translating technical solutions into scalable processes. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design trials, evaluate results and make evidence-based recommendations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and commercial functions. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP and document-management systems. Understanding of US and Canadian food regulations and standards. Culinary training or professional baking experience would be an advantage. Flexible enough to support occasional extended hours around plant trials and commercialization activity. Willingness to travel periodically, with travel expected to be up to approximately 30%. Why This Opportunity?
