Senior Underground Geologist Northwestern Ontario | Full-Time, Permanent | 14/14, 7/7 or 5/2-4/3 Rotation We are partnering with an established North American precious metals producer to find a Senior Underground Geologist for their residential mine site in Northwestern Ontario. Reporting to the Chief Geologist, you will lead and direct all underground geological activities related to the ongoing development of the operation, including ore control, reserve definition drilling, underground mine exploration and reconciliation. The Opportunity You will take the lead on all underground geology activities on site, providing leadership and direction to the mine geology group while establishing and prioritising activities to meet both short-term and strategic goals. This includes maximising recovery of the current reserve and identifying new resources for conversion into reserves, with oversight of ore control, short range modelling, the geological database, month-end reporting and reconciliation. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a flexible rotation and strong potential for career progression. Key Responsibilities Implement best practices with respect to resource modelling and ore control Work alongside the Chief Geologist to ensure achievement of departmental and operational goals Ensure the team works in accordance with all site safety procedures Maintain daily communication with engineering, mine operations and contractors Oversee activities related to the modelling and examination of geological data Oversee consulting requirements supporting the grade control process Implement best practices around software usage, data management and file management Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting Ensure QA/QC protocols are in place, followed and monitored Participate in coaching, mentorship and evaluation of non-technical staff Assist in all aspects of production and other key mine areas as required Assist with open pit geology activities as required About You Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering or a related field Registered or able to register as a GIT or P.Geo in Ontario Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in mining, with underground mining experience preferred Demonstrated knowledge of ore control, drill programs, resource estimation processes, mapping and reconciliation Technical Skills Strong interdepartmental communication skills Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a technical team Knowledge of Leapfrog and Deswik packages preferred Personal Attributes Able to change and re-prioritise tasks as new information is gathered Strong ability to self-learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Leads by example with a demonstrated commitment to safe working practices Comfortable working on a rotational schedule in a remote, residential site environment What's on Offer Permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000-$150,000 Choice of rotation: 14/14, 7/7 or 5/2-4/3 Quarterly incentive program and restricted share unit grants Extended health and dental benefits, plus short- and long-term disability insurance Defined matching contribution retirement savings plan and annual health spending account Camp, travel and meals provided Location Based at a residential mine site in Northwestern Ontario, with a flexible rotational schedule. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineering and 5-10 years of mining experience, preferably in underground environments. Candidates must be registered or eligible for registration as a GIT or P.Geo in Ontario and possess proficiency in Leapfrog and Deswik software.
