Support the assessment of learning delivery methods, including e-learning, remote learning, train-the-trainer and web-based learning, to help ensure the approach is suitable for the audience. Identify learner challenges and potential change management barriers and recommend practical strategies to address them. Support the design and implementation of methods to measure program effectiveness. Participate in needs assessments with internal and external stakeholders to identify training and development priorities and provide recommendations that support business goals. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and industry training providers to understand needs and support training programs that add value to CSN Collision. Administer the LMS day-to-day: course builds and versioning, enrolment rules and automation, user provisioning, troubleshooting, and integration touchpoints with HRIS. Support tracking of planned program costs and help gather information to demonstrate the value of training programs. Share best practices in training design, delivery, innovation and change management with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to create an effective and inclusive training and development environment for all learners Influence and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change and support others through training and development initiatives. Data and Reporting: Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, using organized thinking and clear communication skills. Decision Making: Able to make day-to-day decisions independently while understanding when to escalate or seek guidance. Able to quickly learn customer specific technical applications to train end users Candidate has a critical thinking approach to problem solve and is a forward thinker Able to encourage, motivate and engage learners and stakeholders.
