Cumulus Architects Inc. is a new architecture and design firm located in Toronto. We are founded on the premise of team based design and integrated project delivery where design intelligence is the result of broad staff, consultant and client engagement in design. The founding Principals, Sheldon Catarino and Paul Szaszkiewicz, have significant experience leading major institutional, residential, commercial, mixed use, and healthcare projects in both Canada and the US, which range in scale and complexity.

Follow and contribute to the office’s construction administration processes and standards. Lead contract administration from tender through project closeout on selected large, complex projects, including site meetings and reviews, and contribute expertise to internal design-phase peer reviews.

Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM standards, project execution plans, Revit content, templates, and models, while supporting project teams with troubleshooting and model health checks. Coordinate digital project workflows by running clash detection, preparing reports and guidelines, updating dRofus for select healthcare projects, and helping introduce emerging tools.
