Our 60,000 square foot service and repair facility in the GTA requires skilled staff to increase our existing workforce. Opportunity: Parts Administrator As part of expansion strategy and to better serve our distributors and customers, we are hiring an experienced Parts Administrator to work in our automotive warehouse. Location: 6625 Kestrel Rd. Mississauga, Ontario. L5T 1P4 Major Intersection: South of Tomken Rd. & Courtney Park Dr. East Shift: Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Ensure that safety is the top priority in all activities performed. · Fulfilling all orders made by internal and external customers. · Providing information on parts and accessories, to internal and external customers. · Parts window management, answering incoming calls and quoting. · Picking up, preparing and organizing orders for shipping or delivery. · Physical parts receiving, putting away parts to designated BIN locations / creating new BIN locations and updating systems, and maintaining parts organization on shelves. · Following proper issuance and return protocols. · Maintenance and updating of files (Physical and Computer). · Regular cycle count. · Helping Technicians with Parts lookup on transit manuals and vendor portals. · Cores inspection, preparation, and documentation. · Working as a backup for purchasing and parts sales, as required. Physical Demands: · Lifting up to 50lbs. · Standing for extended periods of time. · Occasional bending or stooping. · Exposure to exhaust, grease and shop noise. Skills that would make you the preferred candidate: · Must have experience with, and knowledge of, heavy-duty automotive parts (Requirement). · Experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial. · Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word. · Must be able to communicate with customers and vendors. · Must be able to work without close supervision. · Demonstrate good teamwork skills and maintain positive interactions with others. · Good verbal, reading comprehension and writing skills.
