Wage: $24.35 Job Description Bakers Assistant Responsible for preparing all ingredients according to company specifications. Handle all baking tools and equipment per instructions. Ensures products meet the highest quality and produced in the most efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Set-up baking equipment for daily use Clean and sanitize machinery and equipment used in bakery Maintaining equipment and machinery so they can operate safely Prepare of all ingredients necessary for baking Scale and mix of all ingredients necessary for baking Operates all equipment necessary for baking Completes any order forms needed for the bakery Maintain a clean and sanitary work area on a daily basis Follows all company policies & procedures SOP/GMP/HACCP Maintains a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free workplace Assist in other areas of production as needed/requested. Requirements: Ability to work overtime or rotating shifts Flexible and reliable attendance Must be able to follow directions, work without supervision Ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of diverse individuals within the plant Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while working Total Rewards Package: Our Total Rewards package reflects the investment we make in our employees to help them and their families achieve their well-being goals.
