This is a highly visible role that combines technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on engineering in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environm ent. What You' ll DoLead New Product Introdu ctionLead engineering activities for new product development from concept through production la unch.Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), cost optimization, and product industrializa tion.Ensure seamless transition from engineering development into manufactu ring. Design & Develop Aerospace Pr oductsDesign and develop mechanical and structural aerospace components using Solid Works.Perform engineering calculations, structural assessments, and FEA analyses to validate product perfor mance.Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes while balancing performance, cost, and manufacturab ility. Validation & Certif icationDevelop qualification, verification, and validation plans.Coordinate laboratory and field testing acti vities.Analyze test results and prepare technical reports supporting FAA, TCCA, and EASA certification acti vities.Support STC development and certification documen tation. Collaborate Across the BusinessPartner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Program Man agement.Support prototype builds, pilot production, first article inspections (FAI), and production re adiness.Resolve technical issues throughout the product li fecycle. Technical L eadershipMentor junior engineers and d esigners.Lead design reviews and technical decisio n-making.Champion engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and standar dization.Support root cause investigations and engineering change ac tivities. What We're L ooking Fo rEducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Manufacturing En gineering. Experience10+ years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or aerospace e ngineering.Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) or product industrializatio n projects.Experience supporting products from concept through manufacturi ng release. Tech nical SkillsAdvanced proficiency with SolidWor ks (3D CAD).Strong under standing of:Mecha nical designStructu ral analysisAerospa ce materialsManufacturi ng proce ssesGD&TTolera nce stack-upExperience usin g FEA tools.Knowledge of aerospace certification requirements (FAA, TCCA, EASA).Experience with STC development is considered a s trong asset. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering with over 10 years of experience in product development. Candidates must be proficient in SolidWorks and have a strong understanding of aerospace certification and industrialization processes.
