The successful candidate in this role can expect to earn between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: * Assist customers in person, over the phone and through e-mail to respond to inquiries and provide information on where their vehicle is in the repair process. * Effectively manage front office operations to ensure efficient organization * Provide support to the various departments within the Collision Centre * Collaborate with production manager and estimators to ensure vehicles are on track for a timely delivery. * Complete booking for estimate and repairs * Perform other tasks and duties as required. Our Ideal Requirements: * A high school diploma and valid Driver’s License are required * Prior experience in an administrative capacity or insurance/collision industry is preferred * Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear * Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * A team player with a positive can-do attitude If you think this position would be a great fit for you, apply with us today!
