Job summary
HR Recruiter An HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for open positions within Our Client. This in-person role involves conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Identify potential candidates through job postings, networking, and recruitment events. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards to manage candidate pipelines. 2. Screening & Interviewing Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings. Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Provide recommendations on candidates based on skills, experience, and company culture fit. 4. Job Offer & Onboarding Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits. Assist with pre-employment background checks and onboarding paperwork. 5. Recruitment Events & Networking Represent Our Client at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking meetups. Build relationships with industry professionals and universities for future hiring needs. 6. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all hiring processes comply with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and report hiring metrics. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles. Skills & Competencies Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams effectively. Interpersonal & Relationship-Building – Develops rapport with candidates and internal teams. Time Management & Multitasking – Handles multiple hiring processes efficiently. Problem-Solving Abilities – Finds creative solutions to fill hard-to-fill positions. Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
