Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, conduct high-volume virtual screenings and interviews, assess candidate fit, and present qualified applicants to hiring managers. Coordinate staffing needs and onboarding with field teams, maintain accurate ATS records, and develop recruitment strategies to increase applicant flow and market awareness.

Lead client-facing technical implementation work, including scoping, system configuration, deployment, user acceptance testing, training, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with project managers, maintain project records and billable hours, support clients, and communicate progress and risks to leadership.
