We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Services Administrator to provide vital support to our project teams. Reporting to the VP of Project Services, this role centers on contract management, compliance, cost control, and a broad range of project-related administrative duties. This is more than a traditional desk job — it requires travel to project sites and client support and coverage, as well as occasional contract assignments. A full-time position based out of our Alberta office in Sherwood Park, AB, it offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects and shape a dynamic future with us. Key Responsibilities Efficiently oversee project setup, time reporting, and cost control for assigned projects. Provide comprehensive support to project teams by addressing inquiries and operational needs. Use corporate project control systems (time management, cost control, accounting). Manage project invoices in compliance with established protocols. Implement contract requirements specific to assigned projects. Support and supervise administrative assistants on cost-related project tasks. Process and review timesheets; prepare LEMs for approval. Monitor subcontractor compliance related to contract and invoicing. Input owner billing into the ERP system for accurate financial tracking. Maintain accurate records for subcontractors and employees. Coordinate logistics including flights and camp bookings. Verify cost coding in client and internal systems. Perform daily reporting and attendance tracking. Handle high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency. Support additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent education and experience combination considered an asset. Construction industry experience preferred. Strong data entry, document management, and contract review skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office; project software experience is an asset. Working Conditions Full-time permanent position. Based in Sherwood Park, AB. Occasional travel to DCM sites across Western Canada. Group benefits, insurance plan, and RRSP.
