Le Directeur Principal TI sera responsable de la direction fonctionnelle des systèmes liés aux activités bancaires commerciales (services aux entreprises, paiements, comptes et intégration de la clientèle) au sein d’une grande institution financière internationale opérant sur plusieurs marchés. PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT • Diriger la vision fonctionnelle des systèmes de banque commerciale • Encadrer plusieurs Chefs d’équipe à travers l’organisation • Planifier la croissance des effectifs et le recrutement • Travailler au cœur d’une équipe d’environ 40 personnes • Œuvrer dans un environnement sur .NET, Oracle, Business Objects, ACBS, etc. PROFIL • 15+ années d’expérience en TI, dont 5+ en direction TI contexte bancaire • Expérience obligatoire en Corporate Banking ou Commercial Lending • Aptitude à gérer des gestionnaires d’équipe • Bonne capacité à agir comme mentor et coach technique • Aisance dans un environnement multi-systèmes propriétaires • Autonomie dans la gestion de priorités multiples • BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent • Bilinguisme (Anglais requis, Français fonctionnel) ______________ The Senior IT Director will be responsible for the functional leadership of systems supporting commercial banking activities (corporate services, payments, accounts and client onboarding) within a large international financial institution operating across multiple markets.
