Pega Developer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub, marketing campaign delivery, data analysis, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, working with large datasets, and supporting customer decisioning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and support Pega-based solutions with a focus on Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and marketing campaign delivery. Design, configure, and execute targeted marketing campaigns and customer segmentation. Work with Pega Marketing, Pega Decision Management, and Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Analyze large datasets and work with relational databases to support campaign and decisioning requirements. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation. Use Python for data analysis, automation, and campaign-related data processing. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective customer decisioning and marketing solutions. Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience as a Pega Developer. 2+ years of experience with Pega CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery. Experience with Pega Marketing, Pega Decision Manager, or Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Experience with targeted lead/campaign execution and customer segmentation. 4+ years of experience working with large datasets and relational databases. Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and data analysis. 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Python.

Develop and support Pega-based solutions focusing on the Customer Decision Hub and marketing campaign delivery. Design and execute targeted customer segmentation and decisioning initiatives using large datasets.

Requires 5-7+ years of Pega development experience, including specific expertise in Pega CDH and marketing campaigns. Candidates must possess advanced SQL skills and at least 2 years of recent hands-on experience with Python.
