About the Role: The Cabinet Games Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of cabinet-style gaming machines within the facility, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons. This role involves managing the setup, functionality, and security of the games, while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. The supervisor will lead a team of attendants and technicians, coordinating schedules and providing training to maintain high service quality. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in a supervisory role within a gaming or entertainment environment. * Basic technical knowledge of electronic gaming machines and their operation. * Strong understanding of customer service principles. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
